Hi Blue Dolphins,

Attached are the entries for tomorrow's swim meet.  Please arrive at Hanover West by 4:30pm.  Hanover West is a 4 lane yard pool.  We have removed 15-18 year old races to move the meet along faster.  We did our best to get every swimmer in a relay but in some instances it was not possible.  We are sorry about that but will do our best to have everyone in at least one relay moving forward.

Parking: Our pool address is 1385 Hanover West Drive NW. Please encourage your families to carpool as we only have street parking. Also, please let them know not to double park and only park on the side of the street of the pool. We don’t want anyone getting tickets! 

Bullpens: Our bullpens are on the tennis courts (right next to the clubhouse and pool). Have your swimmers report to the first tennis court, this is where your team can set up. No swimmers are allowed in the clubhouse.  We will also have the timers meeting in the clubhouse at 5:15 with the referee. We try really hard to keep the tennis players on our good side so please enforce this with your team as well. We recommend families bringing tarps or blankets to lay down on the courts so they aren’t damaged. Unfortunately we don’t allow food on the tennis courts, but there is plenty of room around the courts and on the pool deck for snacking! 

Concessions Speaking of snacks, we will have a full concession stand with Chick fil A sandwiches, pizza, hot dogs, and tons of snacks and drinks. We have a team Venmo and Zelle but we also take cash!
