Good Afternoon,

We have one meet left! The registration for our last regular season meet is open. Please RSVP by Sunday at 10am. Regarding the meet: our warmups will start at 5. The meet will start at 5:30. Please plan to be at the pool a little before warmups begin so we can get everyone checked in and events written on their arm. When you are registering you will be asked to sign up to help volunteer. We have a requirement that if you have a swimmer in the meet, everyone is expected to at least volunteer for one shift.

Next, this is the final reminder to register for the Tech meet on Thursday, June 27. The entries are due tomorrow at noon.

Also, please RSVP for our end of season party so we know how many to plan for.

Concessions

They will have a concession stand with hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and drinks. Please bring small bills if possible. They will have a venmo account as well. Their burger/hot dog, chip and drink combo plate will be $10.00 a plate.

Bullpens and Seating

Our team can gather in the grass area, so we might want a couple tents for our bullpens. They do have some seating around the pool for spectators but bringing chairs is always encouraged.

Parking

There is a parking lot by the pool as well as a parking lot 300 meters before the pool entrance.
